Welcome to KindNest! Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KindNest.

KindNest operates this online store and website, including its products, content, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced herein.

Please read these terms carefully before using our Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the necessary permission to use the Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making purchases or creating an account.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.

KindNest makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing accurately.

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, discontinue products, or adjust product availability without prior notice.

These provisions do not affect your rights if a product is defective, materially misrepresented, or not as described.

Customers should follow all applicable product instructions, warnings, age recommendations, and safety guidelines.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance by KindNest.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or material pricing errors, subject to applicable law.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any disclosed fees will be calculated or presented before the customer completes payment.

Prices and promotions may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be retroactively repriced except as permitted by law.

Payments are processed through available secure payment providers.

KindNest does not require customers to provide complete payment card details through ordinary email correspondence.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

KindNest strives to process orders efficiently and transparently.

Orders are typically prepared and processed within 4–6 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Shipping Time

After shipment, delivery typically takes an additional 5–8 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The combined estimated timeframe is 9–14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.

Actual transit times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other circumstances.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide an opportunity to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel for a prompt, full refund, as required by applicable law.

Shipping delays do not eliminate any mandatory customer rights.

6. Order Tracking and Delivery

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details when available.

Tracking information may take approximately 24–72 hours to update after the first carrier scan.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If a delivery is delayed, lost, damaged, or disputed, please contact our support team for assistance.

We will investigate delivery issues and provide appropriate remedies consistent with applicable law.

Risk of loss and responsibility for delivery will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Returns and Refunds

KindNest offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

Customers may submit eligible return requests within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Items generally must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Customers should contact our support team before returning an item to obtain instructions and an authorized return address.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law provides otherwise.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, KindNest will provide an appropriate remedy without imposing additional costs inconsistent with applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. 90-Day Limited Product Warranty

KindNest provides a 90-Day Limited Product Warranty for eligible products purchased directly from our store.

The warranty period begins on the confirmed delivery date and lasts for 90 calendar days.

The limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

The warranty does not ordinarily cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Accidental damage.

• Misuse or improper maintenance.

• Unauthorized alterations.

• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.

To submit a warranty claim, customers should contact kindnest1985@gmail.com with their order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where reasonably necessary.

For approved warranty claims, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

Our 90-day warranty is separate from our standard 30-day return policy.

The warranty does not establish an unconditional 90-day change-of-mind return period.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection or warranty laws.

9. Order Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellation by contacting KindNest as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests received before dispatch will be reviewed and accommodated where possible.

Orders already dispatched generally cannot be canceled in transit, but eligible items may qualify for return after delivery.

If KindNest cannot fulfill an order or meet legally applicable shipping requirements, cancellation and refund rights will be honored as required by law.

10. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional discounts, coupons, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed when the offer is presented.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to correct promotional errors, prevent fraudulent use, and discontinue promotions prospectively, subject to applicable law.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce technology supporting our website, but purchases from KindNest are transactions between the customer and KindNest.

KindNest remains responsible for its own order fulfillment, customer service, published product warranties, and merchant obligations.

Shopify's own terms and privacy notices may also apply to its services.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

KindNest respects customer privacy.

Personal information is collected, used, shared, and retained in accordance with our separately published Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

This may include information needed to process orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer support, prevent fraud, or manage permitted marketing communications.

This section does not limit remedies expressly available under our published product warranty.
