At KindNest, we are committed to product quality and customer satisfaction.

We provide a 90-Day Limited Product Warranty on eligible products purchased directly from our online store.

Warranty Period

Our limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 90 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers eligible products that experience:

• Manufacturing defects.

• Defective materials or workmanship.

• Product malfunctions resulting from manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Accidental damage.

• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modification.

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's intended function.

• Damage caused by failure to follow product care or safety instructions.

These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty assistance, contact us at kindnest1985@gmail.com within 90 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where reasonably necessary to evaluate the defect.

Our team will review the claim and may request additional information.

Warranty Resolution

For approved warranty claims, KindNest will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

Any required return arrangements and reasonable shipping costs for an approved claim will be covered by KindNest.

Relationship to Our Return Policy

Our standard 30-day return policy is separate from this 90-day limited warranty.

After the standard return period has ended, customers may still submit eligible claims for covered manufacturing defects during the warranty period.

This warranty does not provide an unconditional 90-day return period.

Consumer Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights. Customers may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
